Wagering Requirement Calculator
Understand how casino promotional rollover conditions are calculated mathematically. Compute your required turnover targets, evaluate game contribution weighting, and track remaining turnover without promotional spin.

Mathematical Formula Breakdown
S = Bonus = 500T = S × Multiplier = 500 × 20 = 10000R = max(T - Progress, 0) = max(10000 - 0, 0) = 10000W = Remaining / (Rate / 100) = 10000 / (50 / 100) = 20000.00Wagering Requirements Explained: Bonus & Deposit Calculations

Understanding Wagering Requirements in the Philippines
How regulatory anti-money laundering frameworks and operator promotional terms govern turnover obligations.
1. Why Do Wagering Requirements Exist?
A wagering requirement (often referred to as turnover or rollover) is a multiplier specifying the total volume of bets a player must place before bonus funds—and any associated winnings—become eligible for cash withdrawal.
In regulated jurisdictions such as the Philippines under PAGCOR governance, turnover rules serve two distinct functions:
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance: Regulated gaming operators are legally obligated to prevent illicit capital washing. A baseline turnover (typically 1x deposit) applies to virtually all deposits to verify legitimate gameplay.
- Promotional Risk Management: When casinos offer match bonuses (e.g. 100% deposit match), higher multipliers (e.g. 15x to 30x) are imposed so players cannot simply claim bonus money and immediately withdraw it.
2. "Bonus Only" vs. "Deposit + Bonus"
The single most impactful clause in promotional terms is whether the multiplier applies strictly to the bonus amount, or to the combined sum of your deposit and bonus.
| Term | Bonus Only (20x) | Deposit + Bonus (20x) |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit / Bonus | PHP 1,000 / PHP 500 | PHP 1,000 / PHP 500 |
| Base Subject (S) | PHP 500 | PHP 1,500 |
| Required Turnover (T) | PHP 10,000 | PHP 30,000 (3x Higher) |
* Always inspect the operator's official promotional terms to determine whether deposit funds are locked into the rollover calculation.
3. Game Contribution Rates (Weightings)
Not all casino games contribute equally to clearing wagering requirements. Because games with low house edges (like Baccarat and Blackjack) allow players to wager repeatedly with minimal statistical loss per round, operators reduce their contribution rate:
Every PHP 100 wagered counts as PHP 100 toward your requirement.
Every PHP 100 wagered only counts as PHP 10 to PHP 20 toward rollover.
Wagers do not count at all toward clearing the requirement.
Wagering Across Multiple Game Categories?
This calculator evaluates turnover at a single selected contribution rate at a time. It does not directly compute split wagering across different categories simultaneously.
If your gameplay spans multiple categories, compute your accumulated credited progress using the mixed-rate formula and input the result into the Already Contributed Progress (PHP) field above. See our detailed explanation and worked examples in Game Contribution Rates & Mixed Calculations.
Important Non-Calculated Promotional Terms
Mathematical turnover is only one part of promotional compliance. The following rules are NOT simulated by this calculator and must be checked in the operator's terms:
Expiry Time Limits
Bonuses almost always carry an expiration window (e.g. 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days). Unmet turnover upon expiry results in forfeiture of all bonus funds and accumulated bonus winnings.
Maximum Bet Limits
Most operators enforce a maximum wager cap per spin or round while bonus funds are active (e.g. max PHP 250 per bet). Exceeding this cap can void all bonus funds.
Prohibited Titles & Strategies
Progressive jackpots, specific high-RTP slots, or opposing-bet hedging (e.g. betting both Red and Black in Roulette simultaneously) are typically prohibited and violate terms.
Maximum Withdrawal Caps
Promotions often restrict the maximum cashout from bonus winnings (e.g. maximum withdrawal capped at 5x or 10x the bonus amount, regardless of how much you win).
Mandatory KYC & 21+ Age Verification
Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulation, no withdrawals can be processed without valid government ID verification confirming the player is at least 21 years of age.
Real Money vs Bonus Balance Order
Operators differ on whether cash deposits are spent first or bonus funds are wagered first. Terms determine whether cash can be withdrawn early by forfeiting the bonus.
Critical Financial & Regulatory Advisory
Completing wagering requirements does NOT guarantee a withdrawal, profit, or recovery of funds.
Casino games operate with a negative mathematical expectation (house edge). Attempting to clear large wagering requirements frequently results in loss of deposited capital.
